October’s Tip: Mulligan Mechanics Part XVI The Center Bend – To Open The Space

Centre Bend is a bend placed right in the middle of the space between two teeth.  It maybe 45°, or less and the “V” is pointing apically. It brings roots apart and crowns together.  The open coil spring will move crowns apart; therefore, the net effect is the divergence of the roots.
