You have two options to remove your data from the IAO mobile app:

Option 1: Log in to the IAO app, tap the gear icon at the top right. Scroll to the bottom of the bottom of the page and tap “Cancel Mobile Membership”.

• Removes your login access to the IAO app.
• Removes your name from the list of users to message or add to new chats.
• Removes your name and practice address from the Find A Dentist search.
• Any messages you have already sent will still be visible to other users and attributed to your name.
• You will still have your IAO membership and access to the iaortho.org website.
• Your name and practiced information will still be retained in the IAO’s databases.

 

Option 2: Send an email to gro.o1780224851htroa1780224851i@nim1780224851da1780224851 requesting account deletion.

• Your needs will be addressed on an individual basis. You may specify what if any information you would like the IAO to retain and whether you would like your membership to remain active.
