Pick a time of day when your office struggles to make a profit during those hours. Offer complete ortho,or interceptive, or limited goals ortho at a substantial discount to attract patients to those hours. Make it clear to the patient that the only way to receive the decreased rates is by scheduling appointments during those specific slow times that you have already identified. This will keep your practice busy through out the day, and reach a larger patient base. If followed properly, this tactic can be a win win for both your practice and patient.
