Annual Meeting Program and Schedule
The full 2011 IAO Annual Meeting Program and Interactive Schedule will again contain
three and a half days of lectures by a number of speakers. The 2011 program will
not be finalized until the fall or winter of 2010.
Registration
Registration for the 2011 IAO Annual Meeting is easy. All you need to do is fill
out the Early Bird Annual
Meeting Registration Form and pay with a credit card or check.
Before registering, please take the time to read the IAO
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
If you're coming to the meeting from abroad, make sure you know the U.S.A. visa
requirements. Many foreign nationals need a visa to enter the U.S.A. Please
read the U.S. Visa Requirements to
determine if you need a U.S. Visa.
If you would like, the IAO would be happy to send you an Invitation Letter; if you
need one, please e-mail Jenn (jennba@iaortho.org)
with your request. You must include your full mailing address and your name
as it appears in your passport.
Location & Hotel
The meeting will take place at the Scottsdale
Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona U.S.A. To find nearby events and activities,

Case Display & Table Clinics
Any attending doctor is welcome to participate in presenting a table clinic or to
present a case display. First, second, and third place finishers will receive
discounted registrations for the 2012 IAO Annual Meeting. To sign-up, please
fill out and submit a Table Clinic/ Case Display Sign-Up
Form.
Scottsdale Tourism
Scottsdale, Arizona,
just outside of Phoenix is a great location for the whole family to enjoy with multiple
tourist opportunities and other activities.
Exhibitor Information
2011 IAO Annual Meeting exhibit space is available on a first come, first served
basis. Please fill out an exhibit
booth request form and return it to IAO Headquarters to reserve your space.

If requested, a complete meeting brochure can be mailed to you when it is completed.

an IAO member, one will be sent to you upon its completion.

Before attending the IAO Annual Meeting be sure to read the 2011 IAO Annual Meeting
Objectives (coming late 2010) to see what this year's goals are. Also please
take the time to read the Advisement to Dentists (coming late 2010).
ADA CERP Information
The International Association for Orthodontics (IAO) is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals
in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not
approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance
of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
